Couple of things that should be fixed...I found when trying to run the 4.x vs.
3.x comparisons.
* timeout for all http clients should have "millis" in the name to clarify
unit. I was just bitten by this in the ESEmitter.
* We need to fix the cli a bit to allow for more flexibility
* tika-eval-app needs to be assembled into a zip
