[~tilman], once this is merged, the new commandline for compare is:

nohup java -jar tika-eval-app-4.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar Compare -a
/data1/extracts/tika-3.3.0 -b /data1/extracts/tika-4.0.0b -r -n 10 &
{noformat}
You should even be able to drop {{Compare}}. The {{-r}} flag has it go straight
to reporting after the run, and then it .tgz's the reports directory.
