- CXF 4.2 wants Jetty 12.1.x (ee11 servlet)
- SolrJ 10.0.0 wants Jetty 12.0.x (it was compiled against 12.0.27)
If we rolled our own solr client as we did for opensearch/elasticsearch, we
could make the upgrade.
