This is based on TIKA-4692. I initially started work against that branch, but
the changes were fairly significant. This issue tracks porting sax ooxml
parsing to 3.x and switching the default to SAX. We'll leave the DOM parsers
available and opt-in in 3.x.
I'm proposing this switch to SAX as default based on large scale regression
runs in prep for 3.3.2. I'm running a third now and will post the results on
TIKA-4778. The earlier two runs found serious problems with the initial port.
