The MP4/QuickTime parser already reads the audio sample description's format
fourcc in TikaMp4SoundHandler, but only uses it to detect protected streams
(drms/enca → audio:has-drm). The codec itself is not exposed.
Add an audio:format property carrying the four-character codec identifier from
the sample entry (e.g. mp4a for AAC, alac, ac-3). For protected streams,
resolve the original codec from the nested frma (original format) box.
xmpDM:audioCompressor exists but MP4Parser only sets it for audio-typed files
and to the container major brand, not the per-track codec, so it does not cover
video/* files or give the sample-entry fourcc.
Follows TIKA-4779 (audio:bitrate), TIKA-4800 (frame rate / channels / sample
size) and TIKA-4802 (video:bitrate).
