We currently have a through line for parsing + inference for elastic and
opensearch. We need to update the SolrEmitter to be able to write embeddings to
Solr.

This is a goal for the Community Over Code 2026 Glasgow hackathon. Will buy
drink(s) of choice for anyone who works on this ahead of schedule or at the
hackathon.
