tika-helm CI only checks that the server answers HTTP. Prove detect, metadata,
and text extract using existing {{values.schema.json}} (no new fixture, no
version greps). Same checks in helm test and kind. Drop GET {{/tika}}
405-as-success. Make {{ct list-changed}} see the root chart.
