We're about to release the gRPC parser for FastWARC
FastWARC is the fastest WARC parser written in rust. We're about to release a
grpc service for it, and I'd like to integrate it into Tika pipes as a parser.
This would allow for WARC parsers to be external, faster, scalable, and never
save data to disk.
