mrdevel2002-ui opened a new pull request, #3374:
URL: https://github.com/apache/tika/pull/3374

ISArchiveParser is a registered `@TikaComponent`, so one instance serves
every parse, but `parse()` wrote per-document state onto it:
   - with no configured directory, `this.location` was set from the first
input's parent directory and never reset, so every later parse listed `i_*.txt`
and resolved assay files in that first directory
   - a study file from one ISA-Tab archive therefore came back with another
archive's investigation metadata and assay contents (batch runs over a corpus,
pipes forks, tika-server forks)
   - `studyFileName` was a field too, so concurrent parses raced on it

The directory and study name are now locals passed to
`parseInvestigation`/`parseAssay`; a location given to the constructor is still
honored. `testDirectoryNotCachedAcrossParses` parses two archives with one
parser instance and fails on main (`expected: <SECOND> but was: <FIRST>`).

There is no JIRA issue for this yet; I will open one and add the TIKA-XXXX
prefix to the title and commit before this is merged.
