Description:
It has only taken a decade, but by popular request, there's a new version of
the {{vorbis-java-core}} and {{vorbis-java-tika}} libraries
On Tika 3.x, we should upgrade {{vorbis-java-tika}} version.
On Tika 4.x, we should upgrade {{{}vorbis-java-core{}}}. (The parsers have been
inlined into Tika in 4.x)
