[jira] [Created] (TIKA-5024) Prep for 3.4.0 release

[Tim Allison (Jira) via dev]

Tim Allison created TIKA-5024:
---------------------------------

             Summary: Prep for 3.4.0 release
                 Key: TIKA-5024
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA-5024
             Project: Tika
          Issue Type: Task
            Reporter: Tim Allison

I think I've backported the important fixes from 4.x to the degree possible.
I'll probably kick off the regression tests tomorrow or so?

Let me know if there are any blockers on 3.4.0?
