The magic decoder turned '\ ' into NUL + space, so ~25 rules never
matched. Of the
revived rules, the loose text/x-diff '*** '/'Only in ' and message/rfc822
'Forward to'/'Pipe to' are dropped, and 'diff ' now needs a '-
