This kills a forked server's descendant processes when pipes kills the server. ProcessUtils.execute now also kills the descendants of the process it started on a timeout, an interrupt or JVM shutdown. Both go through a new public ProcessUtils.destroyForciblyWithDescendants, which tika-pipes-core calls. The new ExternalProcessCleanupTest and ProcessUtilsTest cases (Linux only) fail on main and pass here.
