[Tim Allison (Jira) via dev]

Tim Allison created TIKA-5039:
---------------------------------

             Summary: Opt-in ffmpeg/ffprobe subtitle and closed-caption
extraction
                 Key: TIKA-5039
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA-5039
             Project: Tika
          Issue Type: Task
            Reporter: Tim Allison

Alternative for some formats to TIKA-5030. However, ffmpeg can extract a
broader range of closed-caption/subtitles.
