I mentioned this a while ago. The page at
http://tiles.apache.org/download.html doesn't point to a valid download. As
well as http://tiles.apache.org/dev/snapshots.html. Kinda of hard for people
to use Tiles if they have difficulty finding it. Yes, I know going up one
directory and then down 2.01 will lead you there (but I shouldn't have to do
this.) Plus its not obvious that more than just the tiles-core.jar is needed
unless all the jars are includes in tiles-2.0.0-bin.tar.* then disregard this
sentence. Im all for 2.02 but a least let others get it easily too.

Subject: Tiles 2.0.2 (WAS: Fwd: Tiles 2.0.1 status)

Hi all!
I wish to forward a private discussion between me and David about the
release of Tiles 2.0.1.
For the moment I will update the site with links to the 2.0.1 (since
it is already mirrored).
We should start thinking on a 2.0.2 release, since Struts 1
integration code uses an unpublished version of Tiles 2.0.2-SNAPSHOT,
see:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg27951.html
My only doubt is if the "assembly" module is ok for everyone to be
used to publish a release.

Thoughts?

Ciao
Antonio

I'd love it. I think I have everything uploaded and all that needs to
be done is polish the website push out the announcement. I've done some
website tweaks, but I really wanted to do some more before I announced
our first release.

As far as I'm concerned (especially in light of recent struts
discussions about a potential 2.0.2 release) it may be a good idea to
keep 2.0.1 quiet (no announcement) and just start working on 2.0.2.
Thoughts?
