As has come up on the struts list recently, there seems to be no way to find old Tiles releases.
http://tiles.apache.org/download.html should mention the archives at http://archive.apache.org/dist/tiles/ Also, (because they are archived) all but the most recent version should be removed from the mirrored download area at /www/www.apache.org/dist/tiles/. Can someone edit the S2 release notes to mention the missing tiles-api file and give a link to it? -- Wendy
