Hello I am Antonio Petrelli, PMC member of Apache Tiles. When issues are created/updated in Jira, after the migration from the Struts instance, for all the projects of the Tiles Framework category, emails are not sent to the mailing list, but they are sent to the reporter/watcher. However I've seen that the configuration seems ok (the mailing list is configured correctly, I guess), so I don't know what's the problem.
