That was a little different situation though because several of the PMC members simply decided unilaterally to leave the ASF. My understanding is that the ASF, as a 501(c)3 non-profit org can only transfer assets like marks to another 501(c)3 org, not to an individual or for-profit company. So if there is another group out there that wants to continue Tiles development under the Tiles name, my first question for them would be "why not Apache?" If, after that, there's a good reason to transfer the community, then I'd be happy to pursue that. Greg
