The test build of tiles-master:4 is available.
No determination as to the quality ('alpha,' 'beta,' or 'GA') of
tiles-master:4 has been made, and at this time it is simply a "test
build". We
welcome any comments you may have, and will take all feedback into
account if a quality vote is called for this build.

I'm not sure if a vote is required for this artefact alone, since it is
a very technical and internal concern. Its release is necessary however
prior to any release of Tiles-3, in order to get rid of references to
snapshots.
If the PMC agrees, I will complete this release in the next few days
after taking feedback into account and call for a vote only for the full
Tiles-3 release.
