@spmallette --- we simply can't abandon the GraphSON 2.0 changes I made
cause we need to be able to "attach properties" (vertex properties and element
properties). However, there are decisions to be made on how to do that (as
outlined by @newkek). Moreover, there are more general decisions to be made
about GraphSON 2.0 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TINKERPOP-1565). I
think we should simply review this for what it is (ignore discussions of "best
GraphSON 2.0" representation and be sure that we do
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TINKERPOP-1565 to come to a consensus on
GraphSON 2.0 for the next release.
