Work with [~twilmes] on profiling {{TraversalVertexProgram}}. When I was doing
the {{DedupGlobalStep}} work with [~dkuppitz], I noticed various nick-nack
optimizations. My profiling skills are poor, so if [~twilmes] could identify
long running sections of the code, that would be huge.
