{{GremlinPlugin}} in gremlin-groovy and related infrastructure/implementations
was deprecated in 3.2.4 and replaced by a system in gremlin-core. With the
removal of gremlin-groovy-test in TINKERPOP-1612 a fair bit of related code had
to be removed which makes the old {{GremlinPlugin}} code even less useful and
essentially dead.
