That project now has an official release on Maven Central http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Cg%3A%22com.github.martinhaeusler%22 which I think allows it to meet the basic criteria of our index policy. Unless there are objections in the next 72 hours, I'll assume lazy consensus and get it added.
