I've finished some changes to the C# GLV on a private branch:
- Added generics support. Generic types in C# are generated at compile time and
there is no type erasure like in Java, so it wasn't straightforward to
implement but the end result is nice.
- Unified naming conventions for enums and used a private dictionary to convert
them back to the original name when serializing.
I'm looking forward for submitting my changes for review but I think it makes
sense to wait for your reorg, then I could apply my changes into the new file
structure and submit a pull request.
