I'm not sure I fully know what this change is going to mean this second, but I
started down the path of trying to enable more GLV tests and saw a number of
areas that needed to change in order for that to happen. Whatever the changes,
the goal is to get more GLV test enabled by the end of this and perhaps make
certain aspects of testing more refined.
