I'm marking this as "won't do" but it's technically as done as I think that it
can be. We technically do have a single test module now as of 3.4.0 because
gremlin-groovy-test is gone, hadoop-gremlin no longer generates a test artifact
and gremlin-test holds the GLV tests. Additional unification could still yet
occur - specifically, gremlin server test framework and perhaps using GLV tests
as JVM tests - but those would be outside the scope of the DISCUSS thread. We
can deal with those separately when we decide to do so.
