Excellent - i somehow overlooked those settings. Thanks for digging through
that for me. Not sure why I didn't see them. I fixed all the other problems.
except for the duplicate `index.md`. Maybe not the worst thing, just an
annoyance I guess. I can sorta live with it.
Next step is to get [~dkuppitz] to setup publish-docs.sh for us.......
