Added toString serialization for GraphBinary. Also deprecated Gryo in
Gremlin Server as a serialization format. The configurations still maintain
Gryo in the sample configuration files so that old version of Gremlin Console
and the driver can still connect to Gremlin Server without having to alter the
files.
