It may happend due to issues on a network or whatever. So if I have more then 1
websocket connection (20 in paticular), I'd like to check them all to know
exactly. Because it requires some time to recover connections while new
"SubmitAsync" are keep coming and number of "ServerUnavailableException" is
growing in a log.
