Fix For: 3.4.9
Rename wsConnectionTimeout to connectionSetupTimeout. This is a newly
introduced parameter in [https://github.com/apache/tinkerpop/pull/1335] which
is not released yet (scheduled to be released in 3.4.9).
The new name represents the functionality of the parameter better which
includes both ssl and websocket handshake duration.
