I fixed the `apache-rat-plugin` warnings so now the tests pass. I agree with
the idea of having gremlint as a library which will be published to npm with a
similar structure to `gremlin-javascript`, and have gremlint.com together with
other website things. I'll try to have the Jira ticket for Infra out tomorrow,
to get some input from them:+1:
