I've fixed the problem with building docs on my machine (CTR commit will
follow soon) and reviewed the generated docs. So, everything is good to go here
from my side.
I'll merge this at the beginning of next week unless someone needs more time
to review this. (I want to give more time for the review given the size of this
PR.)
