Updated documentation. Modified the Gremlin Server setup within maven to
react to -DincludeNeo4j so that it is possible to test transactions in language
variants. Modified docker/gremlin-server.sh to dynamically include neo4j so
that it matches the test server options when doing -DincludeNeo4j with maven.
The build infrastructure is now present for other GLVs to add the `tx()`
functionality so .NET and Python should be able to focus on just building the
feature itself.
Builds with `mvn clean install`
