This is very similar to the PR that added tx() support for JS: #1446
Transaction tests are also disabled by default and can be enabled via an
environment variable that is also set by Maven when `-DincludeNeo4j` is
provided. This is also enabled for GH Actions so transactions are also tested
in CI.
