We have previously discussed having a dockerized build and test environment in
TinkerPop. This holds some advantages, such as making our build and test system
platform agnostic, allowing more modularity and plugability in our build
system, among other things.
The existing build and test environment works, but does require a fairly
extensive build and test environment.
There is currently some duplication of server config and scripts in the
gremlin-go codebase, this should also be removed when handling this.
