Some pending tasks post
[TINKERPOP-2749](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TINKERPOP-2749) include:
* Dotnet has inconsistent GitHub Actions failures for Windows Build
* Dotnet local build on Windows changes some special characters on some files
* The Spark {{mvn verify ...}} command defined for the Ubuntu GitHub Actions
workflow fails on Windows.
