Hi everyone,

All of the JIRAs I previously highlighted have been closed (with the exception
of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TINKERPOP-3161 which after further
consideration I believe is better suited for 3.8). As there were no objections
to the previously proposed release timeline, I would like to call the start of
a 7 day code freeze on 3.7-dev. As always updates to documentation and minor
tweaks may still be permitted in the branch.

Please take this time to review the documentation and conduct any testing which
may be necessary prior to the release.

Thanks,
Cole
