Enums are now PascalCase objects (T, Order, Cardinality, Direction.OUT, ...)
typed with exactly their members, statics is now __, and every public symbol,
including GType, N, IO and the strategy classes, is a named export of the
package. The lowercase names are removed. Translated Gremlin now runs with only
an import line.
