    Got rid of `LocalBarrierStep` and usages of the Java stream API in favor ...

    ... of traversal performance.
    
    Moreover better use of generic type parameters (`MinLocalStep`, 
`MaxLocalStep`, `MeanLocalStep` and `SumLocalStep` now only accept incoming 
objects of a type that implements `Iterable<Number>`; anything else doesn't 
seem to make any sense).

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dkuppitz/incubator-tinkerpop local

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
