There are some junk characters in the Gremlin Console on Windows.

I have a PR for this. I located some initialization lines from groovysh's
Main.groovy class that were needed.
The Groovy URL that comes up on the help screen will be updated for free with a
bump to Groovy 2.4.2+, but I'm not handling that with this PR.
