Had to implement a new method for "binding promotion" from init scripts. Init
scripts should now return a Map of values that users expect to be promoted.
3.0.1 will support both methods of promotion so users' init scripts from 3.0.0
will not break, but expect to remove the old method for 3.1.0. The nice thing
about the new approach is that any arbitrary object can be "promoted" to a
global binding (not just hooks, graphs and traversal sources).
