I am trying to install the neo4j extension for the gremlin-server on Windows 7.
Ultimately, I need to use https://github.com/PommeVerte/gremlin-php.
The original issue can be found at https://github.com/spider/spider/issues/35.
I have extracted gremlin-server to my computer and from the root directory ran
`bin\gremlin-server.bat -i org.apache.tinkerpop neo4j-gremlin 3.0.0-incubating`
which installs most of the dependency and then throws an error "Could not
install dependency: Illegal char <:> at index 2.
