I'd like to present some suggested revised dates for release of the next versions of TinkerPop 3:
+ 3.0.2 - 10/19 + 3.1.0 - 11/16 Note that these proposed dates would be the days we begin the voting process for release and not the day they would be generally available. Please see the list of JIRA issues for each of these releases to see what's included in them. The biggest change for 3.1.0 is probably the bump from hadoop 1 to hadoop2 which broke hadoop-gremlin up into spark-gremlin and giraph-gremlin. The upgrade should be relatively straightforward I think for most folks. At release of 3.1.0, I would imagine that we would start a tp31 branch to release future versions of 3.1.x and have master become 3.2.x. We would generally cease development on tp30 and not release another version on the 3.0.x line barring a really really bad bug that couldn't slide into 3.1.x somehow.
