Fix For: 3.1.1-incubating
Deprecate {{VertexPropertyFeatures.FEATURE_ADD_PROPERTY}} in favor of the
already existing {{VertexFeatures.FEATURE_META_PROPERTIES}} - they are
duplicates. This should not be a breaking change unless implementers somehow
have differing values returned for these two features - which would be bug on
their end and not really a outcome driven by this change.
