I had a number of small hiccups with the release over the last couple days, but the release instructions stayed pretty stable. Only a couple of minor tweaks were required this time around along with a fix to the bin/validate-distributions.sh script:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-tinkerpop/commit/cb36ca42a937c7521856d1a70502be18aa4ef3af Daniel, not sure if you want/can make that better. anyway, it's nice to see that our release instructions are pretty stables at this point. I'd venture to say that most anyone could run these at this point: http://tinkerpop.apache.org/docs/3.1.1-incubating/dev/developer/#_release_process The tp31 branch has been bumped to 3.1.2-SNAPSHOT - feel free to move on with development there at this point. SNAPSHOT docs and artifacts have been deployed. One last bit of business, is the cleanup of "dead" branches - Daniel, could you please fire up that cleanup script you'd put together?
