I just wanted to point out for those who might be new to the list that
voting on a TinkerPop release is open to the entire community (not just
committers and PPMC members). It's really easy to do - just reply with
your vote +1/0/-1 and a description of what you did to test out the
release.

Perhaps you are a Graph Provider and ran your test suite over the proposed
release. Or, perhaps you just cloned the repo and did a mvn clean install.
Or, maybe you're a user who downloaded Gremlin Console/Server and tried
those out.

There's even an option for the laziest of us:

1. Clone the TinkerPop repo from github
2. and execute "bin/validate-distribution.sh 3.1.2-incubating" or whatever
version you want to check

It runs a ton of important checks against the source and binary
distributions. If it all passes, you can feel confident to respond
positively with a +1 - super simple.

Anyway, we are about to have two VOTE threads started in the next couple of
hours on 3.1.2-incubating and 3.2.0-incubating. Please try things out, see
how they work for you and reply with to each thread with your VOTE.

Thanks,

Stephen
