Sebb reopened TINKERPOP-1255:

The website only mentions 3.2.0.
So to outsiders it appears that the 3.1.x line is not being maintained.
EIther 3.1.2 should now be deleted, or the download page should include 3.1.2
and tell users when they should use it instead of the latest version.
Note that if there will be no further releases of the 3.1.x line, then it can
still be mentioned on the download page, but the links must be to the archive
server and the release must be removed from the dist/release directory.
It's important not to burden the 3rd party mirrors unnecessarily.
