removed according to pero, although, what is the difference between getId and
getIdInternal
getIdInternal was the getId version which didn't throw an ISE (and I
didn't remove it after being finally able to get rid of the ISE). Needed
for a lot of internal work, and SSO may be able to use a similar
getLastAccessedTimeInternal call rather than breaking the specification :)
