I was thinking in the lines of making the current site responsive and changing the css to increase readability in first stage.About navigation and content, I have not looked how they are generated but I am guessing that they are dynamic in nature so that may take me a little time to get hang of as I primarily develop sites in django. But that being said I am happy to learn and contribute in any way that I possibly can.
