For instance, if Axis is deployed once Tomcat installation has finished and some jars added to it, those jars would appear as found in the Axis happiness page. Nevertheless, when trying to run some webapps that use them they will throw a ClassNotFoundException. After long debugging I have found that the error doesn't appear if you reinstall everything in a path without spaces.
